BI Analytics Graduate Scholarship

Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the BI Analytics Graduate Intern position is provisioning, maintaining and support of Business Analytics solution across all business units in Arc Infrastructure.
The position of BI Analytics Graduate Intern will report into the BI Analytics Specialist. The role will assist in achieving the BI Analytics roadmap at Arc Infrastructure over years to come. This in turn forms part of Arc Infrastructure strategy around digitisation and preparing the company for future technology disruptions. The person will work closely with business analysts, implementation consultants and developers in the Arc Infrastructure Technology team.
The person will receive mentoring, technical training as well as all soft skills required to follow the entire lifecycle of a BI Analytics solution. Although the initial engagement will be for 6 months (5 days a week) with a strong possibility of an extension for another 6 months or full time offer.
The technical skillsets the person will receive will include Microsoft Power BI, .Net, SSIS and database scripting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The BI Analytics Graduate is responsible for:
- Management of key end-users’ solution expectations.
- Analysing and data modelling of the BI solution.
- Developing and unit testing of the BI solutions.
- Designing of BI reports to end user’s expectations.
- Ensure Support Desk ITSM Processes are adhered to.
- Ensure Change Management Controls are adhered to.
- Ensure UAT is conducted where required.
- Researches best practices.
- Participates in work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions.
- Ensure solution aligns with Arc Infrastructure strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in a Technical degree at an Australian University. Scholarship amount is $32,000 tax free per annum for under graduates and $36,000 tax free per annum for post graduates.

ANU Master of Philosophy Scholarship »
Overview
ANU Master of Philosophy Scholarships are funded by individual academic Colleges. It is expected that recipients will study on a full-time basis. However, in accordance with strict criteria, the scholarship can be awarded for part-time study. International scholars must undertake study on a full-time basis.
Eligibility
The scholarships are available to potential and current students who:
- are domestic or international students; and
- have applied for admission to a Master of Philosophy Research program at the ANU; and
- have a Bachelor degree with first-class Honours (some Colleges may consider applicants with upper second-class Honours), or a Master degree with a research component from a recognised University.

- Travel & removal allowance for students relocating to Canberra to commence their Master of Philosophy program;
- Dependant Child Allowance (International students only)
- Thesis Allowance

No application is necessary as all eligible students will be considered.

In order to be considered for this scholarship in the main round of scholarship offers International students are required to apply for admission by 31 August. Domestic students are required to apply for admission by 31 October. Colleges may consider offering these scholarships at any time of the year..

Overview
A number of ANU Tuition Scholarships are funded and awarded by individual Colleges and determined as part of the application process. This scholarship covers international student tuition fees.
Eligibility
Bachelor degree with first-class or upper second class honours, or a research Master degree from a recognised university; International students.

Further information
It is expected that the scholarship normally will be taken up by 31 March in the year for which it is awarded, although, subject to the approval of the prospective supervisor, Head of Department and Dean/Director, a later start date may be possible. The date by which a scholarship must be taken up in a particular instance will be made clear in the formal letter of offer for the scholarship.
