Summary of Position | Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, TRIO–SSS within the Center for Academic Success, the CONNECT Coordinator will plan, organize, manage, and evaluate academic support programs for students of color and other target student populations, including summer Connect and academic year ReConnect programs. The Coordinator will track student academic performance, maintain student records, develop student success strategies, and work collaboratively with campus academic and career support staff. S/he will train and monitor student peer mentors in the Connect program, and manage student staff in the development and hosting of community building activities. Deep collaboration between CONNECT, CFAR, TRIO–SSS, OMSA, Res Life and faculty and staff across the campus will ensure success of CONNECT students. |

The Stardust Center for Affordable Homes and the Family is offering a limited number of scholarships to support Master of Sustainability Solutions (MSUS) students who have proposed culminating experience projects designed to address and advance the need for affordable housing, recognizing that healthy sustainable communities provide a means for families to obtain, remain in and manage their homes.
Culminating experience projects may use the tools of research, community engagement, education, and public forums to raise awareness and build capacity to address the needs for quality affordable homes.
