RSFAS India High Achievers Scholarship »
Overview
Each year the Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics (RSFAS) may offer up to 15 RSFAS India High Achievers Scholarships to support diversity and to strength education outcomes for students from India. The award acknowledges the quality of students from selected Indian high schools and colleges and aims to meet the RSFAS goal of attracting high quality students

Finance, Statistics, Applied Finance, Actuarial Studies, Actuarial Practice
Eligibility
The award is available each year to a prospective ANU student who:
- is an international student
- is a citizen of India
- has achieved at an excellent level in their final years of schooling and is in the top 10% of the school’s graduating cohort from a RSFAS selected high school or College in India; and
- has been granted entry into an undergraduate or postgraduate program offered exclusively by RSFAS.
Benefits
The scholarship is valued at $10,000 per annum paid in two equal instalments ($5,000) following the census date of each semester of the scholars program.
Please Note: The Scholarship does not cover any necessary admissions and deposit fees, the payment of reading and study materials, living expenses, accommodation or any other costs associated with studying.
How to apply
There is no application as students are automatically considered based on them meeting the Eligibility criteria or conditions prescribed under the eligibility and selection sections.

Australia Scholarships
ANU Master of Philosophy Scholarship »
Overview
ANU Master of Philosophy Scholarships are funded by individual academic Colleges. It is expected that recipients will study on a full-time basis. However, in accordance with strict criteria, the scholarship can be awarded for part-time study. International scholars must undertake study on a full-time basis.
Eligibility
The scholarships are available to potential and current students who:
- are domestic or international students; and
- have applied for admission to a Master of Philosophy Research program at the ANU; and
- have a Bachelor degree with first-class Honours (some Colleges may consider applicants with upper second-class Honours), or a Master degree with a research component from a recognised University.
Benefits
- Travel & removal allowance for students relocating to Canberra to commence their Master of Philosophy program;
- Dependant Child Allowance (International students only)
- Thesis Allowance
How to apply
No application is necessary as all eligible students will be considered.
Further information
In order to be considered for this scholarship in the main round of scholarship offers International students are required to apply for admission by 31 August. Domestic students are required to apply for admission by 31 October. Colleges may consider offering these scholarships at any time of the year..

ANU Tuition Fee Scholarship – MPhil »
Overview
A number of ANU Tuition Scholarships are funded and awarded by individual Colleges and determined as part of the application process. This scholarship covers international student tuition fees.
Eligibility
Bachelor degree with first-class or upper second class honours, or a research Master degree from a recognised university; International students.
Eligible program: Master of Philosophy
How to apply
Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact the relevant Graduate Studies Convener or a prospective supervisor, prior to lodging an application, to discuss the proposed research topic and related matters.
Further information
It is expected that the scholarship normally will be taken up by 31 March in the year for which it is awarded, although, subject to the approval of the prospective supervisor, Head of Department and Dean/Director, a later start date may be possible. The date by which a scholarship must be taken up in a particular instance will be made clear in the formal letter of offer for the scholarship.

Music at the ANU School of Music
Eligibility
All students admitted to the Master of Music program at the Australian National University will be automatically considered
Selection basis
- outstanding level of musical ability;
- accomplishment as a pianist or composer; and
- possesses the potential to make an outstanding contribution as a musician.

No application required. Candidates will be considered for the Scholarship from admission auditions.
