The PNC Bank and the Eastwick Foundation are awarding twenty (20) need-based scholarships. The program is open to graduate students who have a 2.8 GPA or better at the time of application. The mission of the Foundation is to provide partial and full scholarships to students attending Eastwick College and the HoHoKus School of Trade & Technical Sciences. The Eastwick Foundation opens the door to opportunity and inspires hope for the future. The foundation will provide total $10,000 award amount in their 20 scholarships $500 each.
The Eastwick Foundation was Established in 2007, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In 1982, Pittsburgh National Corporation and Provident National Corporation merged into a new entity named PNC Financial Corporation. PNC was the largest bank merger in American history at the time and created a company with $10.3 billion in assets.
The applicant may apply for one of these scholarships if the applicant:
- Have a 2.8 GPA or better
- Are graduating by January 2018 or earlier

- Two short essays:
- On a separate sheet of paper, describe one incident in your past that illustrates your character and shows why you should be selected as a Scholarship Recipient. (100 words or less)
- On a separate sheet of paper, name your strongest trait and explain why it will help you succeed in your chosen profession. (100 words or less)
- A high-resolution photo- If you are selected to receive a scholarship, your photo will be posted on the Eastwick Foundation website
The applicant must submit the complete application and the two essays – along with a high-resolution photo of yourself to Jeanne Patrican, jpatrican-at-eastwick.edu
PNC Bank and the Eastwick Foundation are awarding 20 need-based scholarships valued at $500 each (Total $10,000).
The applications are due on Friday, July 14, 2017.Scholarship Recipients will be notified by email by Friday, August 4, 2017.
