Jaime Lynn Horn believed that the softball field was simply an extension of the classroom, and the lessons learned through the participation of the sport could have a tremendous impact on student-athletes as they prepare to become the leaders of tomorrow. Hence, she established the Jaime Horn Memorial Softball Scholarship to celebrate her life and provide assistance to Babe Ruth Softball participants to achieve their dreams. The program is open to a second-semester freshman collegiate students who are played Babe Ruth Softball at one time.The purpose of the program is to provide assistance to Babe Ruth Softball participants to achieve their dreams.The winners of the softball scholarship will get up to $1,000 scholarship.
Babe Ruth League, Inc., a non-profit, educational organization, named after one of the greatest baseball players of all time – George Herman “Babe” Ruth – has come a long way since its modest start over 60 years ago.
The application must be a graduating senior to apply for the Jaime Horn Memorial Softball Scholarship of Babe Ruth League, Inc.

A $1,000 scholarship is awarded each year to winning candidates by Babe Ruth League, Inc. organization.This scholarship will be awarded in the second semester of the recipient’s freshman college year.
