Student Experience Team Leader (Administration) Grade 7
We are seeking to recruit a highly effective administrator to be responsible for the operational management of the University¿s student records system and processes. You will line manage staff, liaise with colleagues at all levels across the University and co-ordinate resources across teams within the Division. The role also contains scope for undertaking other projects and implementing divisional initiatives which support the drive for streamlined business processes in order to enhance the student experience. You will have experience of operational and service delivery as well as experience and an understanding of how large student record systems support student-facing processes in a University. You will have excellent influencing skills and will be adept at making decisions in relation to complex business matters, particularly in relation to student records management.
You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience). The role is available until 31 July 2020 in the first instance.
This post may also be considered as a development opportunity and would be available on a secondment basis. Applicants must therefore have the agreement of their line manager in order to be considered.

The Classroom Assistant will support the classrooms serving children from ages 0-3 years and creating and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for young children. This position is responsible for daily care of the children enrolled in his/her class. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: physical caregiving, following an age appropriate daily plan, and facilitation of supportive relationships with co-workers, parents, and students. Minimum Education and Experience |

Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for Preschool Caregivers required or an equivalent credential that addresses comparable competencies; or must obtain the credential within one year of employment as a Classroom Assistant II. |

Must have (or be willing to obtain) training and experience necessary to develop consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with very young children. Ability to work as part of a multi-program/disciplinary team in providing a variety of services to children and families. Experience working with children from low income families. Valid First Aid/CPR card, food handler’s card, negative TB test, and clear criminal background check required. |

Skills:
- Strong computer programming skills with particular emphasis on Python and PostgreSQL
- Strong familiarity with the UNIX/Linux operating environment and web services such as Nginx, Django and RESTful web applications
