The Udall Foundation awards scholarships to college sophomores and juniors for leadership, public service, and commitment to issues related to Native American nations or to the environment. The Udall Foundation is looking for real change-makers who are passionate, authentic, and creative. The Udall Foundation anticipates awarding 60 scholarships of up to $7,000 each

The LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship

The LAGRANT Foundation is now accepting application for its 2017 Scholarship Program. TLF scholarship program is open to undergraduate students (current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and non-graduating seniors only) and graduate students. 20 undergraduate ethnically diverse minority undergraduate students will receive scholarships of $2,500 each and 20 graduate students will receive scholarships of $5,000 each.

President Barack Obama Scholars Program

President Barack Obama Scholars Program is now open to Arizona residents, admitted to ASU in the fall and who are degree-seeking, full-time freshmen (pursuing an first undergraduate degree). This includes Native American high school seniors who are not residing in Arizona who meet the Arizona residency criteria for tuition purposes at ASU.Jan. 1 – Students must submit their FAFSA and have a complete ASU admissions application on file.  July 1 – Students must submit all requested documents for financial aid verification.

The Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Saint Louis University seeks MS and PhD candidates for graduate studies in Geoscience with a concentration in Geophysics. Geophysics faculty are interested in applying the tools of seismology to study deep earthquakes, regional tectonics, and earthquake hazards. Prospective students should have a strong quantitative background in geophysics, mathematics, physics, and programming.
